I just wanted to share my Christmas 2011 tree inspiration. We originally planned spending the holidays in a hotel but hubs sched was unpredictable so we decided to just stay home and hence, had to decorate the house. Decorating the tree turned out to be as expensive as a hotel stay. lol

I originally picked Makati-Shang for Noche Buena, but since we can’t leave and must stay home and standby for hubs on-call moments. I ordered from good ol’ Conti’s.

- American Grilled Ribs
- Roast Beef
- Chicken Relleno
- Gambas
- Baked Salmon
- Mango Bravo
- Assorted Brownies
- *some add-ons like Red Ribbon cake, Selecta ice cream etc.
This 2012, I really hope we could go back and spend the holidays in HK. Hoping for a better schedule this Dec 2012.
